Muay Thai



Whether you’re a beginner eager to learn traditional authentic Muay Thai or looking to perfect your kickboxing techniques, our classes are designed for you. 


What to Expect: 

Our Muay Thai classes are orientated around teaching you the basic techniques including footwork, defence, punching and kicking while developing your fitness. 


Our Muay Thai classes utilise the art of eight limbs. You will punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to a fitter and more skilled you. You’re guaranteed to get a full body workout in our Muay Thai classes. 


Getting Started


Book an Introduction Personal Training session with one of our expert trainers where we will teach you how to wrap your hands, hold pads, and execute the correct technique.
