INTRODUCTION PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

Malvern Martial Arts prides itself on customer service. Therefore, we don’t give you a free class and throw you in the deep end like everyone else does. For us, it’s all about getting you ready for class and giving you a good understanding of the correct technique. Therefore, we offer you a 45-minute Introduction Personal Training Session at a time that suits you! Just fill out the form below so we can give you a call and book you in.

WHY THIS WORKS

Basically, we don’t look at our classes as a group of people. We focus on each individual member, and take into account their goals and what they want to achieve. Say for example you’re a beginner, we would match you up with one of our experienced trainers who will teach you how to wrap your hands, enter fighting stance, throw a jab, cross, hook and other fundamental skills. This enables you to enter a class, and straight away become part of the class. As opposed to being out of sync, unconfident and not sure about what you should be doing. We know this works, and this is why it’s our policy.

 

Even if you’re an experienced fighter, we want to get you on the path to success as quickly as possible. So a 1 to 1 session with our class instructors really helps them to get to know you, your skill set and what you want to achieve. This enables them to effectively tailor their teachings specific to your needs.
