Conditioning Class

Body conditioning looks to provide a cardio workout and increase your aerobic fitness at the same time as toning and strengthening all the body's muscle groups.

Female Fitness

A circuit based workout which will help to tone the bum, tum and those other stubborn areas. For ladies only!

Combat Circuits

Spare time over your lunch break? The classes focus on the Boxing or Kickboxing element. It’s a mixture of fitness and technique to help you improve in both aspects.


Great way to start your Saturday going through partner based drills (boxing or kickboxing) and for those who want to step into the ring for some sparring. Intermediate and advanced levels only.

Kids Martial Arts 

Specially designed to help your child improve their self-esteem, flexibility, fitness, coordination, focus, and confidence. Age specific classes help your child progress at their pace.

Teens Stand Up

In these classes for teenagers, we concentrate on stand up martial arts (boxing/kickboxing) while also focusing on fitness.

Bag Attack

High energy and a high tempo class. Work with hanging bags and with partners for that cardio hit.

Fitness Boxing

If you’re interested in working up a sweat this is a good place to start. The classes are usually fitness based with you working on a hanging bag or with a partner.


Unleash your inner Jean-Claude Van Damme! Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching. The classes are more focused on the technique side of the martial art. You'll be working with partners to go through techniques and combination.


Focusing more on the technique side of the sport, this is a great way to sharpen the boxing skills. Working with partners and on the swinging bags, you’ll be sure to get a great workout in this class.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

BJJ is a martial art, a combat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and in self-defence situations.

Muay Thai

Known as the ‘art of eight limbs’ you’ll learn not only to use your hands and feet as in most stand up martial arts, but also your elbows and knees. It’s a great class for learning technique and conditioning.
