Bookings are open from 48 hours before the class. As class numbers are restricted due to COVID-19 we ask that you notify us if you cannot attend on the day so that the place can be offered to others.

What are my gym membership options?


Our facilities are priced at $21.50/week, $500 for 6 months and $900 for 12 months. Student, kids and family membership options are also available. Get in touch to find out more!




How much does it cost for a casual visit?


Our gym facilities are priced at $15 for a casual visit, and this includes all classes for the day and personal use.




When will the Female Fitness classes come back?


We're unable to offer our popular Female Fitness classes at the moment due to the limited availability of our trainers. Watch this space and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated on timetable changes!




Do I have to book in just to use the gym and not the classes?


Yes, please select 'Personal use' in our booking system.




Why do I have to book in for classes and personal use?


Contact tracing is a legal requirement, so we’ve implemented a booking system to maintain an accurate attendance register and limit the number of gym users at any one time. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis.




What is the difference between the gyms upstairs and downstairs?


All equipment and machines previously located in the gym downstairs have now been moved upstairs. This space is open to all gym users. The gym downstairs is limited to supervised training. Only members training with our personal trainers and exercise physiologist can use the space.




What happens if someone turns up without booking?


We reserve the right to refuse entry to our gym if you do not make a booking. We take attendance registration very seriously and will turn away anyone who is not on the list for our classes.




How to I cancel my membership?
